Results
In one project we helped a police organisation develop their own Intelligence Framework and training programme. They were able to implement an intelligence-led approach to their work and create a common language for all operations. This also had the added value of allowing them to use our expertise to select and pilot the latest crime and intelligence software tools. The organisation moved from a historically reactive policing model to an intelligence-led, data-driven pro-active policing model.
