Nowadays organizations can choose from a wide variety of software solutions designed for many different intelligence and analysis problems. This can be a minefield for organisations as understanding the complex technical solutions and applying their outputs to their organisational needs is difficult. Picking the wrong solution can also be cost-inefficient.
The solution
Whilst working with one of our clients, we identified an underutilized software solution that was impacting their technical resources by up to 20%. In response, we provided comprehensive support to empower them in effectively leveraging the software’s capabilities. Additionally, we conducted a thorough analysis to identify alternative solutions that were not only more affordable but also better aligned with their needs. Our commitment lies in streamlining operations and optimizing costs for our clients, ensuring a more efficient and economically sound technological landscape.
Results
We developed and implemented a large data database, complete with processes to normalise data and tools to interrogate the stored material for one of our clients. The solution was successfully scoped, developed, and implemented within a complex security environment. The solution is still used and supported some years later and has provided cost and efficienct value to the organisation. We work on a project basis, whatever the size of your company or business.
